Return to the port with a comfortable safety margin before your cruise ship’s scheduled departure.

Phu My Port is located outside Ho Chi Minh City. Travel time is normally approximately 1.5–2 hours each way, depending on traffic conditions.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, or in case of a no-show, the booking is non-refundable.
If your cruise ship is unable to dock at Phu My Port due to weather conditions, port authority restrictions, itinerary changes or other circumstances beyond your control, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with rescheduling where possible or review the cancellation based on the circumstances.
